Eva ter Denge

Lawyer

Eva ter Denge completed her studies in Dutch law and the master’s degree course in private law at VU Amsterdam in 2018, after which she started working as a government trainee in the east of the Netherlands, gaining extensive knowledge and experience at various municipal authorities in the context of drafting policies and plans for the built environment. Eva thereby developed a great affinity for administrative and environmental law.

On completing her traineeship, Eva worked as a lawyer in administrative and environment and planning law at Van Diepen Van der Kroef Advocaten in Amsterdam for three years.

Eva uses her knowledge of administrative and environment and planning law as well as her combined experience in government and the legal profession at Hemwood to advise and litigate on environmental and administrative law matters, including enforcement, subsidy issues and contract law at the intersection of administrative and private law.
