Johan assisted Gijs as a consultant in 2005, when he set up his new firm, and has been responsible for the financial department ever since. Johan and Gijs first met at the Amsterdam offices of Ekelmans Den Hollander (EDH), where they worked together for many years, also during the period in which Johan was Chef de Bureau at EDH and Gijs was a board member. Johan has many years’ experience and, as a controller and financial adviser, has the know-how that is vital to a firm, both inside and outside the legal profession.
