Wisse de Groot obtained a master’s degree in Dutch law, specialising in private law and corporate law, at the University of Groningen in 2022. His graduation thesis dealt with the position of turnover rent in the system of rent review of leased business premises. Wisse completed several traineeships at law firms during his studies, both in the Netherlands and in the USA.
Wisse joined Hemwood in October 2022. His practice areas include landlord-tenant law, real estate transactions and liability of real estate professionals.
